Thank you for your interest in the Aventura Hospital and Medical Center (AHMC) Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Training Program in Aventura, Florida. We are very excited to announce our initial accreditation by Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education as of July 1, 2017.

Our 3 year program at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center is designed to provide a breadth and depth of clinical experience that fully prepares fellows for a career in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. We focus on the advancement of clinical skills, scientific knowledge, and ethical standards of fellows to prepare them for a career as a clinician, educator, or scientist. The core educational experience will be complemented with a clinical learning environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. A range of elective opportunities will be available to fellows such as surgical intensive care, surgical trauma intensive care, cardiothoracic surgery, allergy, ENT, sleep and radiology.
